I was born in Pontivy, in Brittany in the north-west of France.

Where do you live now:

I am mostly based in Paris and also between London, and NY.

Could you tell me a little about your parents:

My mother is now in the south of France, working as a nurse in the middle school where I used to study. Her passion for photography brought us there when I was 10. Her sensitivity for the nature and her will to capture a moment, a beautiful detail, have definitely helped building this sensitivity in myself. She also taught me to never spend money that I don’t have and to work for it. I unfortunately lost my father when I was 9. This tragedy made my skin thicker, taught me that your worst enemy is yourself and your best friend as well.

What is beauty to you:

Beauty is in anything, it’s something that would call our feelings for different type’s of reasons through our senses. It brings emotion. There is a harmony in it but it doesn’t have to be a perfection, because it’s not dull, it’s alive and free. It’s appreciating just for what it is, the little cracks, asperities behind the final result.

What do you find beautiful in others:

Joy, sensitivity, rawness, truthfulness, understanding;

What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty:

Ageing is by itself beautiful. It means going thoughts the years, still being here with more things in the brain, in the heart and in the memory. It’s the cycle of nature. My mother never dyed her hair and taught me that it’s not because it’s white that it’s ugly, It has lived a way and now shines in a new metallic beauty, just different shade.

What gives you strength in life:

The love of my relatives.

What gives you your sense of identity:

The places I’ve been and the people I talked with who shaped my experience in life.

What causes are close to you heart:

Animal’s causes touch me a lot, I am glad that all around the world peoples mentalities tend to starts to recognizing their sensitivity, that was obvious to me since my youngest age. That’s why I starting being vegetarian by ten of my own choice for example.

What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often:

I like to run because it makes me see around the many different places I stay. I enjoy a lot yoga too and I try to practice more and more, everyday is the goal. I like to french boxe too but I don’t have the opportunity to go to the classes regularly. Alimentation is crucial to feel good so I banned the fast foods, anyway you don’t find much stuff there for a veggie.

What do you do to keep in your mind in shape:

I read a lot, try to question everything a little while keeping positivity and trust in life.

What do you do to look after your skin:

Every evening I carefully clean my skin with the Eau micellaire de bioderma for sensitive skin, once in a week make a natural mud mask. Saunas are amazing for the skin so I try to have one as soon as I have the opportunity. Also wearing the minimum on my skin when I am not working. I find some Avène cremes truly helpful, like Cicalfate or Redness Relief.

What little things do you buy just
for you even though they may never be seen or known to others:

I love stones, most of the time I don’t buy them but just pick some at the beach or from random place or lands that I am not use to seeing (like volcanic stones in the Canary Islands). I like semi-precious stones, I have a tiny collection growing slowly since I am a child, just a nice shell makes me happy too. It can instantly bring me back to the places where it has been picked.

What is one of the most important things for you in you life whether it’s something you have or are looking to achieve:

Staying connected in peace with my loved people.

Who represents a beautiful person for you at this moment and why:

My sister because I see her blooming more and more after years. She is so kind and empathic.

A moment in your life that had a big effect on who you are now:

I can see five very key changing moments in my life so far but the last in date was maybe my first professional long stay at the other side of the ocean when I was 20. I used to be a very stressed person and I had to really calm myself and find more stability to get thought it.

Any other thoughts on health, mental health, age, beauty, life you would like to share:

Take time for You and your Loved Ones, have fun, connect with nature more often, breathe and accept what you can’t change :)
