Where are your mother and father from and if you would like to a line or two about them.

My mum is Maori, native of new Zealand, So I got brought up with the culture of my tribe. Dads a defence attache for nz overseas and an airforce pilot so we moved every two three years , living on Air Force bases, helicopters and jet planes doing night passes outside my window early hours of the morning.




A couple of things of which you have done or are doing now and your inspiration and reasons for doing them.

I do a business degree. I do part time styling. I dream of doing that next. Also tap dancing on a friday night with my friends american tattoed head to toe bf. he grew up in a dance studio.




What is beauty to you.

Being kind.




What do you find beautiful in others.

A good hearty laugh and if you can make fun of yourself.

 

What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty.

Aging gracefully is living life to the fullest not worrying about the battle scars you acquire. What god gave me is a ok no need to change the natural process.




What gives you strength in life.

A strong big black coffee in the morning.




What gives you a sense of identity.

Clothes. I would love to wear the same thing everyday like karl Largefeld or homer Simpson but I’m like tartan skirt one day and rainbow silk dress the next. My identity is constantly morphing.





What causes are close to you heart.

Wow a lot. Humans have a tendency for screwing things up the last couple of decades haha. I sponsor a child donate to elephant protection and cancer research. There is more I can do but I’m still working on broadening my portfolio. Every little thing helps.




What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often.

Running pilates and boxing. As much as I can and everyday before a swim shoot. Let’s be honest no ones slips into there best Victoria’s Secret post pizza night. A little bit of naughty and nice.




What do you do to keep in your mind in shape.

Besides my degree I love a good game of backgammon, chess or if I’m by myself sudoku. Less mind numbing than tv.

What do you do to look after your skin.

Soap water maybe some sun screen if it’s a pamper day. Actually I love a good face mask. Those peel off ones are weirdly addictive.




What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others.

Candles. I stay up late when I’m not woring.

Dance to 70s/80s rock and roll whenever I’m home by myself. It’s not pretty but god it’s fun.





What is one of the most important things for you in you life whether it’s something you have or are looking to achieve.

Do the best I can at whatever I do.

My mum getting sick.
