Where were you born:

I was born in Amsterdam, Holland but grew up in Spain.

Where do you live now:

At the moment I'm living in Australia but will be leaving soon. Home is where my family is but I am based wherever work takes me.

Could you tell me a little about your parents:

My mum is from Malaysia and dad from Holland. If I had to say one thing about them both I would say that they are my heroes, they are the most incredibly inspiring and down to earth people I have ever met.

What is beauty to you:

True beauty radiates from the inside out.

What do you find beautiful in others:

I find beauty in people's souls, in the passion that people show to the causes closest to their hearts, the love and caring they give to others and their smile, I love it when people smile.

What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty:

What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often:
I try to go to the gym as much as I can and whenever work gives me enough time to. I do it manly just to keep healthy and stay fit. I don't diet, I just try to eat healthy, not to be skinny but just for my body to function the best it can and to feel good. I don't believe in diet restrictions I think you can basically eat whatever you want but just in moderation to your body, it's all about finding the balance.

What do you do to keep in your mind in shape:
Oh I don't believe it ever is! Does anyone?

A couple of things which you have done or are doing now:

I used to be a professional tennis player. I was sponsored by Nike when I was eight and sponsored by Babolat. I was on the court ever since I could walk and played 5-6 hours a day. I think playing such an intense sport taught me the values of hard work and discipline, unfortunately for other circumstances I had to quit but I feel so lucky I was able to play such a beautiful sport. I love long boarding, singing, writing, reading, taking film photography and gaming. Growing up with three brothers I became a my quite gaming fanatic, my favourite game was definitely wow (World of Warcraft) but had to stop because I became way too addicted, although I can feel the temptation of playing again slowly creeping up on me so I'll probably give into some time soon!

Did you see yourself or where you seen as beautiful growing up:

Growing up I definitely was not seen as the  beautiful "girl next door", I was a proper tomboy who used to always wear my brothers clothes, hang out with their friends, play sports and never wore make up. My poor mum! She said she was so excited to finally have a daughter who she could dress up in beautiful dresses but all I wanted to wear were my brothers clothes and to be like them. My brothers mean the world to me, I’m inspired to be like them everyday and they definitely made me feel like I was part of the "boys". But in all honestly I really didn't have a problem with not being the prettiest girl in school. My family supported everything I did and because I felt so loved by them I didn't feel like I needed the attention of others and was content just being me

What do you do to look after your skin:
I feel like it's a constant battle because I get so much make up put on me everyday for work, although it is by incredible makeup artists I feel like it's hard to give my skin a breather and a break. I just try to drink as much water as a can and get a facial every now and again.

What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others:
Books, games for my Xbox or computer and robots! And plants, lots and lots of plants, even though I don't have a steady home I love to decorate each place with them.

What is one of the most important things for you in your life whether it’s something you have or are looking to achieve:
My family, I wouldn't be anywhere without them. And love, I love love.

Who represents a beautiful person for you at this moment and why:
For me the most beautiful women in the world is my mother, she's 52 years old but grows more beautiful everyday.

A moment in your life that had a big effect on who you are now:
Having to work at a young age and learning the value of money and family. But I think every experience small or big had a big impact in my life and so I never see them as bad experiences, I am grateful for them because they made me who I am today and would never have met the incredible people I can call friends today without them.
