What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty:
Again confidence plays a huge part here ! If you don’t have it in yourself why would anyone else ? I feel that definitely does come with age and life experience .
What gives you strength in life:
People I love . The feeling you get when you didn’t think you will achieve something and then take a step back and realize you have lots of those things you once wished for . .
What gives you a sense of identity:
Passion for something .
What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often:
Reformer Pilates & Barre tones all those muscles you didn’t even think you had ! Highly recommend. I try and do 4-5 classes per week .
What do you do to keep in your mind in shape:
I love listening to music, being around creative & inspiring minds while also remembering to take those moments to feel proud of what I’ve accomplished, even if I’m not exactly where I want to be .
What do you do to look after your skin:
I generally eat very well , making sure I drink at least one green juice a day along with plenty of water . I swear by microdermabrasion which beats any exfoliant making your skin brighter .
What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others:
Vegan chocolate ! You’ll find me wondering down the isles of Whole Foods ;) such a food browser .
What little things do you do just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others:
A gratitude list ( It’s hidden in my knicker draw , maybe a bit weird lol ) AND my yearly goals by my bed that I tick off as they happen .

What is one of the most important things for you in you life whether its something you have or are looking to achieve:
Family firstly of course . Fulfillment and ‘ success ‘ . Whatever that even means . I am still working on giving myself credit where it’s due and, no it’s not being cocky. You’ve earned it so give yourself that pat on the back that you deserve. I think we all put so much pressure on ourselves to be at a certain point in our life at a certain age. Everyone has their own vision of what success means to them. Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure. Any failure you experience, however big or small is progression. If you book the job - amazing. If you don’t then you also win because this will make you work harder and be even better for the next job opportunity .
A moment in your life that had a big effect on who you are now:
Making the choice to move to New York.
Any other thoughts on health, mental health, age, beauty, life you would like to share:
I think we’ve all had those down moments and it’s about constantly managing your mental health however works for you . The people you surround yourself with can play a huge part and has taken me a long time to realize this . The issue with my line of work is, it’s out of your hands so there’s only a certain amount you can control. This is not the easiest part for me as it’s safe to say I am a little bit of a control freak when it comes to work. In addition I’m a cancerian, very much a home body so Ive always lacked and craved that stability. I do what I can on my end to be better in anyway I can, but still nothing is ever solid .The hard part is struggling to find a solution when things are not going my way, as I always need answers. This is why those little relaxation techniques whether it’s mediation, a bath with Epsom salts or an inspiring podcast are so important, especially with so much free time and a job that is heavily focused on rejection in some way. I have learnt over the years how not to take these things personally and acceptance is definitely key, which really is half the battle of remaining passionate about what you do. Always remember, nobody can do you like you can.
