How do your thoughts about ageing and beauty
Aging is inevitable, of course there are times where i don’t like the idea of growing older, and I think that’s a natural human reaction. But I also do think there’s a lot of beauty that comes with aging. It allows you to appreciate the moment and the chapter of your life you are in even more.
What gives you strength in life
There are a few things that give me strength in life. One of them is my mom. She has been a single mom most of my life and watching her provide for me and my sister on her own has really set an example for me to work really hard for myself and push through the hard times. (she made it look easy though). Second, some very important people in my life have passed away in the last few years and they give me strength everyday knowing that I get to wake up everyday when I know they don’t.
What gives you your sense of identity
The people I surround myself with and career give me my identity. My family and friends really ground me and remind me who I am when i’m not feeling myself. My career also is a huge part of my identity, and something i’m proud of because i’ve proved to myself that hard work pays off and i’ve learnt a lot about myself throughout this job in many ways.
What do you do to keep in shape and how often.
My current to go workout is reformer pilates! i’ve been loving the dynamic way of working out. I don’t have a set amount of days I go, it depends on my schedule and how my body is feeling! I always listen to my body and don’t put too much pressure on myself if it’s telling me i need rest!
What do you do to keep your mind in shape.
I think there are a lot of different ways to do self care for your mind, and it’s different for everyone, personally I like to spend time with the people I love, this is a huge one to keep my mind healthy. I also like to go for walks and let myself think and work out all my emotions, and I also keep a journal to do that aswell.

What do you do to look after your skin
For me, less is more for my skin care, I just use face wash and moisturizer morning and night. Sometimes I will treat myself to a facial, depending on what i’m feeling my skin needs at the time.
What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others
I love to buy home decor, I am very affected by my environment so I love to design and make a cute and comfy space!
What little things do you do just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others.
I have really been enjoying reading recently, and allows me to take some time away from technology.
What is one of the most important things for you in life whether its something you have or are looking to achieve
One of the most important things to me in life is something that won’t happen for a while, but I definitely am excited to have my own family one day.
A moment in your life that had a big impact on who you are now.
I think the biggest impact on my life to date is when one of my past boyfriends of 2 years passed away while we were dating. It was the hardest thing i have had to go through and really shaped me into who i am today. At a young age of 18 and losing someone so close to you, it forces you to grow up a lot faster than those around you.
Any other thoughts on health, mental health, age, beauty, life you would like to share.
Nothing else to add :)
