I was born in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Where do you live now.

Where are your mother and father from and if you would like to a line or two about them.

My mom is from Germany, she is a dancer and my dad is Chinese, he is a painter.

I am a History Of Art Student in my final year in London and I also attend an acting course. I have danced my whole life, I especially love to dance in my own room. I also play the piano, I had a piano teacher throughout my entire childhood.

What is beauty to you.

Beauty is when I can see a light in someones eyes , shining unapologetically and bravely. I think that light means that they are aligned with their lives purposes.

What do you find beautiful in others.

When someone is brave enough to express their true self without hiding behind it.

What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty.

I think laughter lines are extremely beautiful. They motivate me to laugh more!!

What gives you strength in life.

People I love and the assurance that I can heal myself.

What moves  you.

When i get a call from my Mum or Dad, then I really understand how grateful I can be. It also moves me when strangers are kind and smile at me:)
What gives you a sense of identity.

I think its whenever I dance, its a place I can access that is very unique to me.

What causes are close to you heart.

Climate Crisis!  In recent times so many forests burning down, flooding and cities sink into the sea...
I love nature so much and I need it, the only way we can change is if we do it together,
I think sustainability should be a choice, it should be a human right.

What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often.

I try to move my body everyday, that can be running, dancing, yoga, workouts... I try to tune into my body everyday and move it according to what I need on that day intuitively.

What do you do to keep in your mind in shape.

I try to do 30 min of learning a new language every morning and reading mostly books about art.

What do you do to look after your skin.

I massage my face and do masks I only use natural products and sometimes just almond oil or organ oil when I feel like I need that hydration.

What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others.

My guilty pleasure is nut butter I think this is really how you can win my heart. I love almond butter.

What little things do you do just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others.

Whenever the sun is shining when I wake up I look into it and try to be grateful It makes a huge difference to your whole day.
What is one of the most important things for you in you life weather its something you have or are looking to achieve.

It’s important for me to be aligned with my values and my life’s purpose.  One of the things that are most important to me is to find out who you are and what you want. I love encouraging people to become their true self. I also choose the intention to love whatever comes to my life rather than to fear!!

Who represents a beautiful person for you at this moment and why.

My grandfather, he became ill a few years ago but he literally jokes around all the time he doesn’t take himself too serious and is the most positive intelligent and generous person I know.

A moment in your life that had a big effect on who you are now.

I think living in Shanghai in 2018, in that time I reconnected to myself and my roots :), I truly left a tunnel from my life I lived in Vienna and discovered myself. One day I sat on the street in Shanghai and felt lost,  many things went wrong.. but I simply decided that moment to shift into a higher frequency and the moment I decided that, magical things happened.

Any other thoughts on health, mental health, age, beauty, life you would like to share.

For me it’s really important to find your life’s purpose. It helps you to be grateful to wake up every morning and access this state of flow... It’s so easy to get distracted in today’s world. But there’s nothing more beautiful than doing something or seeing someone doing something that is their true passion. It doesn’t mean that it is always fun but when it’s aligned with your purpose, life becomes meaningful.  Im also trying to be grateful everyday for being alive! You never know what’s going to happen in the future so just the fact We are alive is such a beautiful gift!!!!!
