Where were you born.

Gloucester

Where do you live now.

London

Where are your mother and father from and if you would like to a line or two about them.

Up north. I’m close with both of them.

A couple of things of which you have done or are doing now and your inspiration and reasons for doing them.

Acting because I love it. I feel safe in skins of characters. At times more so than myself. Can you say your love is something that you do and not a person. To an extent this is the case with me with acting.

What is beauty to you.

A confidence in the truth of yourself. Knowing who you are and what you want to do. Trusting that above whatever anyone ever tells you.

What do you find beautiful in others.

That same thing. And uniqueness.

What are your thoughts about ageing and beauty.

Beauty is on the inside. An old Swan is just as beautiful as a young swan because it still swims with grace and ease. It’s a feeling more than a physical thing.

What gives you strength in life.

The backbone that is the passion in my acting. My parents also give me strength. And to love others truly because you want to. Loving others you truly selflessly want to love gives you an indescribable strength.

What gives you a sense of identity.

Toughy for an actor. But my parents and friends help.

What causes are close to you heart.

I’m very against the unbelievable pressure on young men and women , particularly women, in the modelling industry. The powerful people in charge of big fashion brands are clothed in enormous power and more often than not they abuse that with young vulnerable women and men to make them lose unnecessary weight. It’s not healthy physically or mentally for the models and also the people who see the images in magazines and on websites. This needs to change.

What do you do to keep in shape physically and how often.

I walk a fair bit, but mainly I just eat healthily and I suppose I let my metabolism do the rest.

What do you do to keep in your mind in shape.

Watch a lot of films. It keeps my muscles in shape up there.

What do you do to look after your skin.

Try to get some sun from time to time. Drink water and sleep. Sleeping helps a lot, drinking alcohol doesn’t.

What little things do you buy just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others.

What little things do you do just for you even though they may never be seen or known to others..

If I said that then it would no longer be unknown to people. It’s good to keep some things just for yourself. There’s personal value in that.

What is one of the most important things for you in your life weather its something you have or are looking to achieve.

An Oscar. It’s a direction more than anything. I want to get to the Level of acting where that’s a very realistic goal. I know I will. I’ve just got to make sure I stay steered on that trajectory. It’s important in whatever you do in life. If you wish to be the best at it. To focus in and see where you’re going. Then walk, sprint, jog, skip and run towards it.

Who represents a beautiful person for you at this moment and why

My mother. There’s someone else too, one other person. She knows who she is.

A moment in your life that had a big effect on who you are now.

Getting expelled from school at 16. Sort of took the harness off a bit.

Any other thoughts on health, mental health, age, beauty, life you would like to share.

Trust yourself as time goes on. You only have one life so try to put yourself in the shoes of you as an 80/90 year old and think about the decisions you made in your life. Are you happy with them? If not, you’re lucky because you aren’t that age yet, change them!
