Where were you born.

I was born in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Where do you live now.

Currently I live in London.

Where are your mother and father from and if you want to write a line about them.

My parents are also from Kaunas. I appreciate having them being in my life, as they shaped the person I am today.

A couple of things that you have done previously or do now. What is the inspiration and reasons for doing them.

I loved drawing in my childhood. Back then my mind was unburdened with any worries, and the ideas and inspiration would run freely to me. Growing up it became more difficult to create art, perhaps because I had other things on my mind and it wasn’t easy to sit with myself and be patient. However, when I do start creating something and get into flow, I get inspired and it almost feels like I am a child again. It helps me to connect with that feeling of getting into your own world and leaving everything else - any worries or burdens I am carrying - behind. It’s like therapy.

Causes close to your heart.

The power of self transformation and mental health.
What is beauty to you.

Nature’s perfection. It’s something that exists naturally without trying, and it captivates you. Also the people that are unfiltered yet radiant in their own way.

What do you find beautiful in others.

Integrity, empathy, compassion. Beauty isn’t just the appearance, but the energy someone carries and the way they make others feel.

Who represents a beautiful person for you at this moment and why.

A beautiful person to me is somebody that embodies confidence and authenticity and has the ability to inspire others.

What are your thoughts about aging and beauty.

I think in our society, we are conditioned to fear aging through beauty products and cosmetic procedures, as if it’s something to resist. But aging is a natural part of life’s cycle—it carries wisdom, experience, and a different kind of beauty. I think it’s powerful to embrace it rather than fight it.

What gives you strength in life.

I find strength in knowing that life is full of limitless possibilities, that everything is constantly evolving, and that I have the power to shape my own reality. Trusting in this energy helps me to move forward, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and every moment holds potential.
What gives you your sense of identity.

I believe that identity is something we create for ourselves to navigate the society we live in. I think identity is ever-evolving, and is shaped by our experiences and surroundings. Instead of assigning myself to a fixed identity, I choose to remain open-minded and embrace the unknown. I allow myself the freedom to evolve and explore different aspects of who I am. I see myself as a free spirit, staying true to my journey and embracing the possibility of becoming someone new at any stage of life.

What do you do to keep in shape and how often.

To stay in shape, I focus on a combination of gym workouts and yoga. I also love using the sauna and plunge pool for recovery and overall well-being. I try to go as often as possible, at least four times a week, but my routine also depends on my schedule, especially when I’m traveling or working.

What do you do to keep your mind in shape.

To keep my mind in shape, I stay active through physical movement and meditation. Travelling also plays a role, it allows me to experience different cultures, step outside my comfort zone and see the world from new angles.
